Opening 1
In the first opening the two friends are seen arguing with their parents until they finally have enough and run away. They find themselves in a woods and Stephen gets hurt when walking about. They see an abandoned farm house in the distance and they set up camp there to patch Stephen up. They lose each other after a while then the audience learns about what happened in the house some years ago.
Opening 2
The film starts with the two main characters looking at the abandoned farm house. It cuts to a flashback to 100 years ago. During this flashback we see the former owners of the house killed by a mysterious unseen killer. It cuts back to normal time to Lewis helping the injured Stephen to the farm house. When the pair are there they think they are safe for the night. There is a mysterious death of them both the next morning.
